The pocket-sized PT-18 Portable Data Collector (PDC) is based on our popular PT-12, and features a memory upgrade to 4MB as well as a new infrared (IR) interface.

When the PT-18 is inserted into its charging cradle the IR interface allows data transmission between the PDC and cradle. The wireless IR interface saves on the connector wear and tear that can often cause problems in an industrial setting.

The PT-18 comes with a charging cradle and rechargeable battery pack.

The PT-18 is bundled with ArgoBuilder software for building custom data collection applications. ArgoBuilder is user-friendly, multi-language, and available for all Windows environments.

The cost-effective, lightweight PT-18 will increase the speed and accuracy of data entry for mobile operators. Applications include inventory control for warehouses, supermarkets, restaurants, hospitals and more.
